AVCV is able to provide our pro bono services to victims through state and federal grants, as well as private donations. 

Victims’ Rights Enforcement

AVCV represents victims across Arizona for the purpose of asserting and enforcing victims’ rights during state and federal prosecutions.  AVCV provides pro bono representation to victims without limitation on the type of victimization.

Tribal Project

AVCV has partnered with the National Crime Victim Law Institute to ensure victims in Indian Country have an opportunity for meaningful participation throughout the criminal justice process by asserting and enforcing victims’ rights. This project is designed to serve victims who are members of any of the twenty-two federally recognized tribes within Arizona and without limitation on the type of victimization.
